Meet Jen Strating, MA, BCB, RYT

I believe that healing begins when we learn to listen to the wisdom of the body. My passion is helping people move from overwhelm and tension to balance and ease.

As a Board-Certified Biofeedback Therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology, I specialize in teaching clients how to calm the body’s stress response and create space for resilience, focus, and joy. With over a decade of experience, I’ve supported clients through stress, anxiety, sleep challenges, chronic pain, and workplace burnout.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me outdoors — gardening, hiking, paddle boarding, birding or cross country skiing.

  • Each session lasts 45 minutes.

  • Most clients begin noticing improvements within 3–4 sessions. For lasting change, 8–12 sessions are typically recommended.

  • All sessions are currently offered virtually. You only need a computer or tablet with internet access. Optional home biofeedback tools can enhance your practice later, but are not required to get started.

  • Not at all. Sensors simply rest on the skin to measure signals. Nothing is ever put into the body.
